Credits

Credits are added to your account immediately once the payment is confirmed - normally within seconds. They appear in your balance in the app, and a record of the purchase appears in your credit history.

If a payment succeeded and the credits have not arrived within a few minutes, it is a fault on our side, not a delay. Contact us with the order id and we will settle it.

Monthly plans

A plan activates as soon as the first payment is confirmed, and its credits are added at the start of every billing cycle.

Videos

Generating a video is not instant. It typically takes two to five minutes, depending on length, resolution and how busy the AI provider is. Longer videos are produced in segments and joined, which takes longer still.

You do not have to wait on the screen. The video appears in your clips when it is done, and it stays in your account until you delete it - you can download it as many times as you like.

Where it is delivered

Everything is delivered inside your Kiran ReelAI account, at kiranreelai.in. There is no email attachment, no download link that expires, and no postal delivery. Sign in with the same account you paid from.

Service area

The app is available anywhere with an internet connection. Payments are currently accepted in Indian rupees only.

Problems

If something you paid for has not arrived, email bikuk426@gmail.com with the order id. We reply within 3 working days, and usually sooner for anything involving a payment.
