Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Kiran ReelAI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What the service does

Kiran ReelAI turns text, images and recordings into short videos using third-party AI models, and lets you edit and export the result. It is operated by Kiran Kumari, Individual, in India.

2. Using it without an account

Most of the app works without signing in. In that mode your work stays in your own browser and we hold nothing about you. Clearing your browser data deletes it, and it is not recoverable - we do not have a copy.

3. Accounts

An account lets your work sync and lets you buy credits. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. One person, one account: credits from a guest session do not carry over when you sign up, and creating extra accounts to collect the free grant repeatedly is not permitted.

4. Credits

Rendering is paid for in credits. A new account starts with 200 free credits. What a video costs depends on its length, resolution and quality tier, and the cost is shown before you generate.

Credits are a prepaid balance for using this service. They are not money, they carry no cash value, they cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash. They do not expire. We may change what a render costs in credits, or what a credit pack costs in rupees, with notice on this site - credits you have already bought keep the value they had when you bought them.

When a render fails on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.

5. What you may not make

Do not use Kiran ReelAI to produce:

  • anything unlawful in India, or that infringes someone else's rights
  • sexual content, content involving minors, or content depicting real violence
  • a real, identifiable person's face or voice without their permission - including public figures
  • material designed to deceive: fake news, impersonation of a person or business, or fabricated endorsements
  • harassment, hate speech, or content targeting an individual

Renders run on third-party AI providers, and their own content policies apply on top of these terms. A provider may refuse a request for reasons we do not control. We may suspend an account that repeatedly submits prohibited material.

6. Your content and your videos

Whatever you put in - prompts, photos, recordings, scripts - stays yours. You give us permission to process it for the sole purpose of producing and storing your video, including sending it to the AI providers that do the rendering. We do not use your content to train models.

The videos you generate are yours to keep. What you may do with them depends on your plan:

  • Free and Creator - personal, non-commercial use. Share a video on your own accounts, send it to people, use it to work out what the tool can do.
  • Pro - commercial use included, and this is the plan to be on if a video is doing a job for a business.

By commercial use we mean using a video to promote or sell a product or service, in paid advertising, as work delivered to a client, or in content you are paid for.

The licence follows the plan you hold when a video is used, not the plan you were on when you made it. So a video generated on Creator can be used commercially once you are on Pro - you do not have to re-render it.

You are responsible for making sure you had the right to the material you put in, and for how you use what comes out. AI models can produce output that resembles existing work; check anything you intend to publish.

7. Availability

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Rendering depends on external providers, and when one of them is slow, rate-limited or unavailable, renders are too. Generation takes minutes, not seconds, and times vary with load.

8. Ending it

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account - see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used fraudulently, or where a payment is reversed. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach, we will refund any unused credits.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for content you publish. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Buxar, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
